From non profit to Charitable

On November 1, 2023 we have successfully filed all papers to apply for our Charity Registration Status. We are currently waiting now for Canada Revenue to approve our application which will mean that all donors will be able to put their donation against their taxes. Being that our application has been sent to Revenue Canada this does in fact mean we have registered with Canada Revenue but, just waiting their approval to be completed.


We are all excited about the shift from non profit to registered charity at Humanity 8. We will be still working on helping people that struggle everyday with poverty and mental illness as we have from the very start. This will now open doors for more funding opportunities for our Organization.

Today we sent 4 full bags of clothing items to London, Ontario shelters. Many people donated clothing items to us for homeless people.
